1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Dr Phone's services — including our website, booking system, and repair services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Repair Services

Dr Phone provides device repair services for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and gaming consoles. By submitting your device for repair, you agree that:

• You are the owner of the device or have authorisation to have it repaired
• You have backed up all data before submitting the device — Dr Phone is not responsible for data loss
• A free diagnostic will be performed before any repair work begins
• You will be provided with a quote before any chargeable work is undertaken
• Uncollected devices after 30 days may be subject to storage fees

3. Warranty

All repairs carried out by Dr Phone are covered by a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship related to the specific repair performed
• The warranty does not cover new damage, accidental damage, water damage after repair, or issues unrelated to the original repair
• Warranty is void if the device has been tampered with by a third party after our repair
• Proof of repair receipt is required to claim warranty service

4. Pricing, GST & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST is levied as per the rates notified by the Government of India under the CGST/SGST/IGST Acts.

• A GST-compliant invoice will be provided upon request for all paid repairs
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment is due upon collection of the repaired device
• We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards

5. No Fix, No Fee

If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged for the repair attempt. A diagnostic fee may apply in certain cases — this will be communicated to you before the diagnostic begins.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dr Phone's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits arising from the use or inability to use your device.

7. Booking & Cancellations

Online bookings are subject to availability. We request at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Walk-in customers are welcome subject to technician availability.

8. Consumer Rights

Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). If you have a complaint about our services that is not resolved through our Grievance Officer, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Dr Phone and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable GST legislation. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
